Mr. Cochrane has been involved in the oil and gas fabrication industry in Alberta since 1987. He is an Alberta Journeyman Welder by trade and graduated from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1982 as a Welding Engineering Technologist. He has been an active member of The Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta (ASET) as a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) since 1992. Mr. Cochrane has extensive experience in senior management positions in manufacturing of oil and gas pressure equipment including ASME Sec VIII Div1 Pressure Vessels, ASME B31.1&3 Pressure Piping and process skid packages.

Kathleen is a born and raised Calgarian and has been employed in Alberta’s oil & gas industry since 2004. Mrs. Schroeder joined Sector Energy Ltd in February 2015. She has quickly become an integral part of the management team and contributes daily to the success of the company. Her involvement in the project life cycle includes AR/AP accounting, estimating, project management, procurement, & document control.

Max has been involved with the oil and gas fabrication industry in Alberta since 2007. Prior to his arrival in Alberta, he has spent over 20 years working in the oil and gas industry in China. Max graduated with Bachelor’s degree of Welding Engineering from Jilin University, China in 1986, and also graduated from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in 2007 as a Welding Engineering Technologist. He is an active member of The Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta (ASET) as a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) and holds a Level 2 welding inspector certificate from the Canadian Welding Bureau.

Sergii Musiienko has been involved with the pressure vessel fabrication industry in Alberta since August 2022. Prior to his arrival in Alberta, he has spent over 10 years working in the pressure pipelines/shipbuilding/pressure vessel industries in Europe. Has worked in such countries as Greece, Germany, France, Estonia, Poland, etc. Sergii graduated with Master’s degree of Welding Engineering from Chernihiv State Technological University, Ukraine in 2010, and also graduated from the Institute of Paton in 2015 as aInternational Welding Engineer. Has valid European certificates EN ISO 9712 - for VT-2 and PT-2.

Bill Shan earned his mechanical engineering degree from Petrochemical University of Liaoning, China, in 1990. He has spent more than 25 years working in oil & gas industry, he is a creative, energetic mechanical designer with practical multi-faceted expertise in pressure vessel design, piping layout, rotary equipment maintenance. Bill has strong computer skill including CADWorx, AutoCAD,Autoplant3D, Inventor, Solidwork, Compress codeware, S-Steel & S-Frame, and SAP system.
